Paddleboard Race Poster Art & Merch
The South Bay of LA is considered the epicenter of prone paddleboarding. In 1955, local lifeguards and surfers conceived the idea of a paddleboard race from Catalina Island to the Manhattan Beach Pier. This 32-mile race, now known as the Catalina Classic, has become a legendary test of endurance for watermen willing to take on the challenge. Having competed in the Catalina Classic several times, along with numerous other races across California, I’ve developed a genuine passion for the sport. Over the years, I’ve been hired to create logos and design posters and t-shirt artwork for various paddleboard races.
