Rumpl Blanket Collaboration

This was a unique opportunity at the time for HippyTree and Rumpl. Both brands were young, ambitious and carving their niche within the outdoor industry. Rumpl was making blankets out of the same material as sleeping bags while HippyTree was designing adventure clothing for the younger climbing demographic. Using Rumpl’s proven design technology with HippyTree’s timeless fabric prints the blanket was one of Rumpl’s first brand collaborations and carried in all REI retail stores.

My role for this project was Design Director and Project Manager. I carried out all communication with Rumpl working closely with their in-house design team and overseeing marketing.
